How Irish is Your Town?

This pendant is understated and totally stylish! Made of .925 sterling silver with an overlay of rose gold on the shamrocks with encrusted CZ stones found on the Trinity knot.
The Shamrock is a well recognized Irish symbol. Legend tells that when St. Patrick began to teach Christianity to the Irish Celts he used the humble Shamrock to help him explain the power of three – namely The Holy Trinity. The little three leaved plant was perfect to represent The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.
The Trinity knot is a very ancient symbol for the Celts. Pre Christianity it represented the elements – earth, water and fire while also representing the three domains of land, sea and sky. The Celts believed that the most important things in life came in threes. Each point of the Trinity knot symbolized one section of each of these trios.
Today the Trinity knot is also known to represent love and protection making this a perfect gift for one that you love or for a friend.
Designed by Boru® in Dublin, Ireland, this attractive pendant also bears a stamp from the Assay Office in Dublin Castle confirming that this exquisite piece has been lovingly handcrafted in Ireland.

Bought my girlfriend a Celtic ring! December 2013 I bought my new girlfriend a Celtic ring. She is Irish Catholic – turns out she is also a Celtic witch in a beautiful Celtic way.
